Welcome to your home away from home! Spend a pleasant and comfortable vacation on the east coast of Istria.
Spacious, air-conditioned living room with exit to the pool is located on the first floor of the villa Welcome Home.
The first floor also has a dining room, kitchen, pantry, laundry room and toilet. Upstairs there are 4 comfortable bedrooms, each with a 160x200 cm bed, and 3 bathrooms.
In the foyer there are three more sofas available as extra beds (for 3 people). TVs are located in the living room and in both bedrooms. The house can accommodate up to 11 people and is equipped to provide guests with every comfort.
The view from the terrace in front of the house will disarm you!
For families with children there is a crib and high chair.
Free wifi is provided and there is plenty of secure parking.
The house is thoroughly cleaned, extra soap and disinfectant are available.
The top floor of the house is not used, no one will violate your privacy.

Villa Welcome Home is located on a hill above the east coast of Istria, in a small village, a few kilometers from the most brilliant Adriatic sea and numerous beautiful beaches.
Labin is based on the site of a Roman town on the east coast of Istria. The distance from the sea is 3 km and from the tourist center of Rabac 5 km. On the hill is the old town with cobblestone street, old buildings and beautiful churches.

You may cancel at any time without incurring additional charges and the following refund policy will apply:
100% of the deposit will be refunded if the previously booked period is completed at the same price.
If the previously booked period is not completed at the same price, the deposit will not be refunded.
If you are unable to travel due to border closures, the owners will be contacted to see if the reservation can be rescheduled for another period in 2022 or 2023.
The deposit paid for that reservation would be applied to the new reservation.
We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance for your vacation.
