Duinland 135 is cozily furnished, fully equipped, and situated in a peaceful location. The house accommodates 4 people. Through the front door, you enter the hallway, which leads you into the cozy living and dining room. The seating area is furnished with a comfortable corner sofa, armchair, and a television, including German channels, of course. The inviting dining area seats 5 to 6 people. The compact kitchen is modern and equipped with all the essential appliances: refrigerator, oven with microwave function, induction stove, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, and filter coffee machine.
Duinland 135 has two bedrooms. The largest bedroom is furnished with a double bed (90x200) and provides direct access to the bathroom. The second bedroom is accessible from the hallway and features a bunk bed (90x200) with a larger bed underneath (120x200). The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and washbasin. The spacious, fully fenced garden can be accessed from the living/dining room through French doors. The garden is surrounded by plenty of greenery. The large sun terrace offers a lot of privacy. It's a lovely spot to enjoy the sun and dine together. The garden can also be accessed from the back, giving you the option to store your bicycles in the garden or the garden shed. The house is equipped with Wi-Fi, and dogs are more than welcome.

Less than a kilometer away from the beautiful beach of Sint Maartenszee is Park Duinland. The park features several small playgrounds for children and a tennis court. From your bungalow, you can walk through the park to the dune area and reach the beach in just a few minutes. As the dunes of Sint Maartenszee are so extensive, you can access the beach via a scenic cycling and hiking trail. De Goudvis, a popular amusement park for children, is only a short walk from the park, as well as various restaurants, car boot sales, and summer markets.

Cancellations are possible at any time. However, a booking cancellation must be made in writing exclusively. In the event of cancellation, the vacation seeker must pay Callinghe compensation. This amounts to:
- up to the 61st day before the start of the trip* 25% of the travel price + the booking fee; (from May 1, 2020)
- from the 60th day to the 35th day before the start of the trip* 50% of the travel price + the booking fee;
- from the 34th day to the 2nd day before the start of the trip* 90% of the travel price + the booking fee;
- in case of later withdrawal or if the trip is not commenced, the entire travel price is due.
The date of receipt of the written withdrawal notice at Callinghe is always decisive.
The compensation is to be refunded proportionally, minus the administrative costs, if the place is reserved by a third party on the recommendation of the vacation seeker and with the written consent of Callinghe for the same period or part of this period.
