In its wonderful ambience, the villa can accommodate a total of 8 people. The modern and new interior with large glass surfaces gives the villa a feeling of airiness and freshness. The Villa is spacious, bright and airy and it has a open plan ground floor with connected with living dinning and kitchen. There is 4 bedrooms up-stairs with en-suite bathrooms and terraces - great for morning chill and time for yourself.
The area around the pool is equipped with sun loungers, dinning table in the shade and BBQ while behind the villa there is a playground for kids which is in the shade so the kids can play in the afternoon without being on the sun all the time.

Modern villa Elite Gialla is located in Fazana not far from Pula and only 1.5 km from the beach in Puntizela. This villa is semidetached and it shares the walls with its brother Elite Azzuro. Both villas share a fully enclosed garden, but each villa is a self-sustaining house and it has its own swimming pool located in a way giving both groups of guests its privacy.

In case of special travel restrictions due to COVID 19 and inability to travel and cross borders entire payment could be used as a travel credit for some future date at the same property.
