The Villa 11 is located on the largest Croatian peninsula of Istria, in Fazana, a picturesque fishing town ideal for relaxation and recreation. It is also the port from where you can reach the Brijuni Islands National Park, the well-known Earth’s paradise and a must seen Istrian natural attraction. Villa 11 is very attractive positioned just few minutes driving to Pula, the largest town on the Istrian peninsula and about 15 minutes driving to Rovinj according to many, the nicest town in Istria.

Wir lernten Ivan als einen offenen, sehr freundlichen, zuvorkommenden und herzlichen Gastgeber kennen. Die Schlüsselübergabe verlief unkompliziert. Die Villa Eleven liegt in einem ruhigen und gepflegten Quartier. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Es wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Das ganze Haus inkl. Schlafzimmer sind klimatisiert. Der Pool ist überdacht und bietet somit Schutz vor der Sonne, um die Sonne doch zu geniessen gibt es eine Sonnenterrasse. Es fehlte uns an nichts. In der Nähe gibt es eine Bäckerei mit einem grossen Angebot. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es grosse, bekannte Lebensmittel Geschäfte, sowie diverse Strandabschnitte. Wir können die Villa Eleven wärmstens empfehlen.

Wonderful hosts, good location, walking distance to beach, some good local restaurants. The house is amazing and modern. The pool area is covered from above and is really pleasant. The property is new and in impeccable condition. The hosts were really attentive, very friendly and flexible. Thanks Ivan and Ivana and all the very best!
