The Villa 11 offers a comfortable and beautiful lodging and complete privacy, only 800 m from the sea and first beach on a walking distance. This villa stands out with its cleverly designed outdoor relaxation area dominated by an 11-meter long pool.
In the summer months, it is a pleasure to dine on the outdoor terrace with a summer kitchen equipped with an outdoor Weber gas grill. After dining, you can relax on a stone bench lined with Italian natural stone Travertino, which lines the entire outdoor area. On the terrace above the pool is a sun oasis in the form of a sunbathing area with 6 loungers fully shielded from all views with maximum privacy. On the first floor, villa has 3 spacious bedrooms equipped with double beds and large gallery on the first floor with a sofa bed 140 cm.
The entire property is fenced and surrounded by a beautiful hand-made corten fence and green cypress fence with 2 gated parking spaces on the site.

The Villa 11 is located on the largest Croatian peninsula of Istria, in Fazana, a picturesque fishing town ideal for relaxation and recreation. It is also the port from where you can reach the Brijuni Islands National Park, the well-known Earth’s paradise and a must seen Istrian natural attraction. Villa 11 is very attractive positioned just few minutes driving to Pula, the largest town on the Istrian peninsula and about 15 minutes driving to Rovinj according to many, the nicest town in Istria.
