Cancellation term
In cases of cancellation of the reservations by the guest or if they do not take advantage of the services offered by the Little Suites Apartment Hotel which were ordered and reserved, the following fees are charged by the Little Suites Hotel according to contract:
Cancellation up to the 14th day before arrival: free cancellation
Cancellations from the 13th day before arrival: 100% of the rental fee
Non-shows without prior cancellation of the booking: 100% of the rental fee
The cancellation fees are also due if the ordered services are only partially cancelled by the guest, whereby the flat fee is based on the part of the service cancelled, or if the guest does not take advantage of the services without express cancellation.
