Welcome to Villa Manatee! Enjoy a wonderful view of the huge expanse of water of the 8lakes from the lanai. The lanai is surrounded by tropical plants and palm trees and offers absolute privacy. The villa is bright and modernly furnished and offers everything you could want for your perfect Florida vacation. Children up to 6 years stay free in this family-friendly villa!
The large swimming pool is operated with skin-friendly salt water treatment. Separate hot tub/spa overlooking the dock/tiki hut and vast, sparkling expanse of water. Sunbathing, enjoying, reading a book, sipping a cocktail... the comfortable sun loungers on the SunDeck and the cozy lounge make your vacation the perfect experience. Have your sundowner by the tiki hat and catch the last rays of sunshine as you dangle your feet in the cool water. An outdoor gas grill - ideal for the sensational US steaks!
Fully equipped kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired. Nespresso machine available. Don't forget to bring your favorite capsules from home! A pool table is available for daily entertainment. Free WiFi is of course available.
The house has two master suites, each with its own bathroom and direct access to the pool. One has a king-size bed and the other has a queen-size bed. The third bedroom is equipped with two twin beds and also has its own bathroom with shower/toilet.
Four additional sunloungers are available on the dock, where you can enjoy pure sunshine all day long.
You will be looked after on site by our German-speaking administration.

A boat can be rented optionally and is highly recommended. Explore the offshore islands such as Sanibel or Captiva by boat and reach beaches that you would hardly find by car. Please note that the existing boat dock with lift is only available for the rental boats shown below.
