The dreamlike villa with pool has about 160 sqm on two floors and is optimal for 4 adults and 3-4 children or 6 adults.
The villa stands on a 5.000 sqm large plot with olive grove. Both long sides of the property are surrounded by equally large, undeveloped, plots. Through which the villa offers a wonderful tranquility and a lot of privacy.
The house has an open kitchen on the ground floor, which flows into a large and bright living and dining area with fireplace. The living area opens towards the garden and pool and has an additional covered outdoor terrace with large dining table and outdoor grill. On the ground floor are two of the three bedrooms with a bathroom and an additional guest toilet. A beautiful staircase leads to the upper floor, where the sunny roof terrace invites you to read comfortably. Here is also the third bedroom with its own bathroom. On the ground floor there is also a chamber with washing machine and storage space.

The house is surrounded by a beautifully landscaped and fenced garden.
