The house features a spacious kitchen with a 5-burner gas stove, refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, dishwasher, and oven. The cozy living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa, two armchairs, and a television. The living room has a gas fireplace. Through the living room, you enter the conservatory, where the round dining area is located. The conservatory has French doors to the large garden. Next to the conservatory is the terrace with garden furniture and a parasol.
On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a single bed and the other bedroom has a double bed and terrace doors to the terrace. Up the stairs, you reach the first floor. Here you will find the third bedroom with a queen-size bed. The spacious bathroom with a bathtub, toilet, sink, and shower cabin is also on this floor. On the ground floor, there is also a separate toilet and a laundry room with a washing machine.

In the surrounding area, trips to many small old Dutch villages such as Kolhorn, to the cities of Schagen and Alkmaar, Hoorn, Enkhuizen, as well as to Amsterdam with its museums and canal tours, are well worth it.
In Julianadorp, you'll find a variety of shops, supermarkets, a fishmonger, cafes, restaurants, a tennis court, mini-golf, a swimming pool, a golf course, a sports school, and the beach pavilion.
In Den Helder, there are many attractions including the Rescue Museum, the Marine Museum, a children's play paradise, and Fort Kijkduin with a North Sea aquarium.
Both Den Helder and the ferry to Texel are easily accessible from Julianadorp via hiking and biking trails through the dunes.
From Alkmaar: Follow the N9 towards Den Helder until the Julianadorp exit (after Julianadorp-Zuid). Follow Schoolweg.
After the De Riepel shopping center (on the right), turn right at the intersection and then immediately left: follow Van Foreestweg towards the dunes. About 400 meters after the roundabout, you will see the De Keizerskroon complex on the left side of the road (small red bridge).
