Cosy, family-oriented chalet in a quiet but central location. Mountain and valley views allow for good visibility. Spacious terraces surround almost the entire property and provide plenty of sunshine in the summer. In winter, the Kreischberg, Turracher Höhe, Mariapfarr, Katschberg, as well as Speiereck, Fanningberg and Obertauern ski resorts are only a short drive away. In summer, hiking and cycling trails are within walking distance.
The 7,000 square metre Stadl bathing lake is a 10-minute walk away. It offers an 8,000 square metre lawn as well as a wide variety sports facilities for playing beach volleyball, tennis, etc. as well as a large children's playground.
Large sunny terrace in front of the chalet (south facing) as well as a terrace on the east and west sides. You can spend a lot of time outside in the summer as there is plenty of space and sun all day long. The almost 740 square metre property with a large meadow also invites you to spend time outside.
The Murau-Kreischberg Golf Club with its magnificent 18-hole course is just a few kilometres away. There is also a riding school close by. Thus, these two sports can be enjoyed and are just a few minutes away from the chalet. Alpaca hikes are also offered near the riding school.

Guests can cancel their booking free of charge up to 42 days before check-in. You will be charged 50% of the price up to 14 days before check-in. In case of cancellation < 14 days before check-in, 100% of the price will be charged. If you cancel, the tourist tax and cleaning fee will not be charged.
Local tax: €2.50 per day and person (children up to 15 years of age are free of charge).
The tourist tax is to be paid separately and added onto the price.

The chalet was our little shared dream, which we are happy to share with our guests. We are enthusiastic hikers and skiers ourselves so we try to spend quite a lot of time in the chalet. To make sure it is comfortable for everyone, the chalet is lovingly, personally and extensively furnished. To keep it that way, we kindly ask you to treat it like your own home and leave everything the way you found it. Because if everything stays in good shape, we can keep our prices down and we hope to see you here again in the future.
