A beautiful house with a heated and private pool called Villa Lucia is situated in the small, quiet village Kacana, near a bigger town and municipality Vodnjan, on the south of peninsula Istria. This region is rich in natural and cultural sights, as well as beautiful beaches. The house, Villa Lucia, has five bedrooms and three bathrooms and can accommodate a maximum of 10 guests. 9 sleeping places in beds and one sofa bed are available. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a large roofed terrace on the ground floor and a balcony on the roof, perfect for enjoying long, sunny days. The big private and fenced garden offers a big heated swimming pool, sunbeds, parasols, ping pong table, and playground for children.

The house is located in Kacana, a small village just 3 km from Vodnjan. In Vodnjan you can find smaller and bigger supermarkets, restaurants and café bars. The first beaches are located in the small town Fažana which is 10 km or 15 driving minutes away. Pula, the biggest city in Istria is just 15 km away. There are many attractions and sports facilities in the area; try Horsebackriding at Rach Barba Tone, Adrenaline Park Glavani, Quad Tour Vodnjan.

Cancellation Policy
In the event of the guest canceling the reservation, the following cancellation fees will be charged:
Reservation cancellations notified 30 or more days before arrival: pre-payment will be reimbursed
Reservation cancellations between 29 days and on the arrival day or no show: 100% of the total reservation cost is charged (the only possibility to get the money back is a travel insurance).
The handling charges of €50.00 will be deducted from the payout which needs to be returned to the guests. If the payout amount to be returned to the guest is less than €50.00, the guest will not receive any refund.
The cancellation date is considered to be the day when the cancellation notice has been received (if it happens to be a holiday or Sunday, it will be considered the next working day). In case of no-show or unannounced delayed arrival, Euro Tours keeps the total reservation amount.
These conditions are valid from 02/24/2023. For reservations made before 24.2.2023. The conditions applied are the ones made on the booked day until 24.02.2023.
