The La Era house is accessed directly from the street through a 300 m² patio garden.
On the ground floor, you’ll find a kitchen and dining area with a small living room at the back that includes a cosy children's nook. Around 10 steps lead up to the double bedroom, which features an adjoining marble shower surrounded by greenery and offers a breathtaking view of the mountains.
Next to it is a small laundry room with two sinks, a bidet, and another small shower with toilet.
Next to the bedroom, the steps lead up to the terrace. The terrace is covered with a pergola. Opposite this, there is a brick bed for sunbathing.

The Cabo de Gata Natural Park is one of the last unspoiled stretches of nature along the Mediterranean coast of Andalusia. In 1987, it was declared a special site of conservation by UNESCO.
It is a semi-arid landscape and extends over about 50 km of coastline.
The Cabo de Gata is home to a rich variety of flora and fauna found nowhere else. There are over 120 species of birds and rare fish here.
There are plenty of small bays perfect for swimming. The swimming season starts at the end of March and usually lasts until around Christmas. In winter, the mountainous landscape is perfect for long, scenic hikes.
With 320 sunny days a year and just 50 mm of rainfall per square metre, the climate is exceptionally dry and pleasant.
With temperatures ranging between 19 and 24°C, it’s the perfect place to spend the winter.
Flight: arrival in Almeria, Alicante, Murcia, Malaga, or Granada with Airberlin or easyJet
By car: Murcia-Almeria motorway; take the Campohermoso exit. From Campohermoso, head towards Fernán Pérez and Hortichuela. Then take the next right turn towards San José–Rodalquilar.
After approximately 1.5 km, take the left-hand exit for "Playa del Playazo". Continue for about 500 m along the rambla (dry riverbed). The first house on the left, marked by a flag and a sign reading “La Ermita – vivienda turística, alojamiento rural”, is your destination.
