You enter the grounds of this house with swimming pool, pool table, library, fireplace and ample parking through an electric gate. Ideal for holidays with family or friends. Due to the stairs inside, the house is less suitable for people with mobility problems.

The residence is located in a peaceful location, about 2.5 km from Saint-Paul-en-Forêt. The region is home to some nice sights, such as Lake Rioutard (hiking and fishing), the church of St. Paul (XVIII), with a statue of St. Paul himself, and the chapel of St. Joseph.
