The residential where this apartment is located is a true wonder. A paradise that combines the joy, comfort and peace you deserve. The shared facilities include an impressive chlorine pool surrounded by grass, which is perfect to cool down, swim and have fun, also for the little ones in the family. It sizes no less than 30 x 15 metres and its water depth ranges from 0.5 to 1.9 metres. There also is a children pool of 7 metres and 0.5 metres depth. The exterior shower is perfect to wash the salt off after the beach. The private terrace of the house is even better, a little paradisaical private corner where enjoying family meals or chilling out with a good reading on the garden sofa and armchairs or on the sun lounger.
This is a modern, luminous and beautiful apartment located on the ground floor. When you enter, a little hall leads to the kitchen, equipped with a ceramic hob and a window with views to the dining-living room. Then, you get to this room that combines the dining area to sit all together and the sitting room with a comfortable sofa where you can watch satellite TV. The large window allows you to the terrace, offering wonderful views as well as light. There is a bedroom with a double bed, a closet, space for a cot and exit to the terrace. The extra guests can sleep on the sofa bed at the living room. The bathroom has a bath. The washer is in the kitchen and of course, you will also find an iron, an ironing board and a high chair for your baby. The accommodation features ducted air-conditioning and heat pump.
Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.
The pool is available from May to October and it opens from 9 am to 3 pm and from 5 pm to 9 pm.
There is a building door all year.
Pets are not allowed.
The holding of events is forbidden.

If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
Guests will receive an email 7 days prior to arrival with mandatory general deposit payment info
The deposit is payable by credit card via a secure link within 24 hours after receiving the email.
Tourist tax: € 2.20 per person per night (not included) from May 1 until October 31.
