There is air conditioning for both warm and cold air, a modern bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen (induction stove, fridge/freezer, combination microwave oven, Senseo and filter coffee machine, kettle, and dishwasher). Open the patio doors to the fenced garden, where you can enjoy the peace and the sun. The bedroom has a double bed of 160x200 and offers direct access to the garden with garden furniture. The apartment is located behind the house but offers all the privacy and tranquility. You can park for free on the street in front of the house.
