The house has three bedrooms, one with a box spring double bed, one with box spring single beds, and one with bunk beds. Modern bathroom and separate toilet. The holiday home is suitable for 6 people.

You may need to cancel your holiday due to unforeseen circumstances. In this case, the vacationer or their representative must inform Park Drentheland in writing or by telephone (during office hours). In most cases, cancellation or modification involves costs.
4.1.1. In the event of cancellation, the vacationer will pay a fee to the operator. This amounts to:
- 15% of the agreed price if the cancellation is made more than three months before arrival;
- 50% of the agreed price if the cancellation occurs within three to two months before arrival;
- 75% of the agreed price if the cancellation occurs within two to one month before arrival;
- 90% of the agreed price if the cancellation occurs within one month before arrival;
- 100% of the agreed price if the cancellation occurs on the day of arrival.
4.1.2 The cancellation costs will be refunded on a pro-rata basis after deducting administrative costs if the place is reserved by a third party for the same period or part thereof on the recommendation of the vacationer and with the written consent of the operator.
