Cancellation term
Please note that the following cancellation costs will be incurred in the event of a cancellation:
- Cancellation fee payable by the tenants up to 45 days before the arrival date: none
- Cancellation fee payable by the tenants 45-30 days before the arrival date: 50% of the total amount
- Cancellation fee payable by the tenants from 30 days before the arrival date: 100% of the total amount
If the date on which the tenants cancel their booking falls in one of the periods in which payment of a cancellation fee is required, the lessor states that they are willing to provide a full refund to the tenants if the tenants manage to rent the property to another party for the contractually agreed rental period on the same or similar terms.
