Description

This looks like a dream house! It is luxurious and spacious, child-friendly, you have a lot of privacy and it is quietly located; perfect ingredients for a wonderful holiday! Add to that a large garden, a private swimming pool and a beautiful island and your choice is made. The large garden of 2,000m2 with grass and fruit trees is a paradise for children, as is the separate playroom.

The villa itself is spacious and fully equipped. It is very well cared for and of course you have a lovely terrace with BBQ for the necessary fun in the evenings. You can also rent this villa from 7 to 12 people, then the basement with 2 extra bedrooms will be opened, see ES-35100-30.

The island invites you to tour around and grab a terrace here and there or eat a delicious "menú del día". Via winding roads you drive through nice villages and beautiful nature, definitely recommended!
You are close to the coast and the beaches are not far either, something for everyone!

Schöne, große Villa mit viel Platz innen und außen, mehreren Badezimmern und genügend Rückzugsmöglichkeiten auf mehreren Ebenen. Die Villa war komplett ausgestattet und in einem guten Zustand. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit mit unserer 5-köpfigen Familie!

Wichtige Punkte
- Der Ort der Schlüsselübergabe (an einer Shell-Tankstelle) war falsch. Nach Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Villenvermieter wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass wir uns an der Villa
aufhalten müssten – der Eingang zur Villa sei sehr eng und wir mit unserem gemieteten SUV sehr aufpassen müssten, nicht gegen den Steinzaun
– den Garten in der Villa – zu stoßen Mehrere Fliesen waren zerbrochen, man musste also aufpassen, dass man sich die Füße nicht öffnet
- nicht in den Schlafzimmern, aber im Wohnzimmer/in der Küche gab es viele kleine Ameisen, die zu den kleinsten Krümeln kamen. Nicht besonders störend, aber nervig, alles fast sofort richtig verstauen zu müssen. Es gab auch einige Ameisen im Pool.
- Der Garten wurde während unseres Aufenthaltes mehrmals bewässert/gepflegt, wobei das Wasser im Inneren abgestellt wurde. Dies war im Vorfeld nicht angedeutet, daher war es eine kleine Überraschung, konnte aber im Gespräch mit den Gärtnern schnell gelöst werden
- Ingenio selbst ist nicht wirklich touristisch und viele Restaurants hatten nur begrenzt geöffnet oder geschlossen. In den umliegenden Städten gibt es viel zu unternehmen, aber ein Mietwagen ist auf jeden Fall sinnvoll
