All rooms at the Casa Lottchen were renovated and furnished in 2021. The 3 bedrooms each have a separate bathroom, TV (satellite), air conditioning. The bathroom to the master bedroom also has a whirlpool tub.
There's a fantastic view of the Bay of Roses from the terrace with private pool, living room and kitchen.
The living room, dining area and kitchen are open concept and offer lots of light. There is a large covered balcony right next to the kitchen. For the not so warm days, the holiday home has a fireplace and central heating.
On the terrace there are sun loungers, a lounge corner, parasol and a stone grill.
The house has a garage and a large covered carport, enough space for 2 cars or several motorbikes.
The holiday home has a stair lift for those who find it difficult to climb stairs.

You can walk to the beach and the centre of Roses. In the centre there are many shops and restaurants. Live music is often played in the Ciutadella de Roses during the summer months. On the beach you will find countless opportunities for water sports, boat tours, etc.
The best way to get here is by car or motorbike. You can arrive by plane via Barcelona / Girona. You will also find several car rental companies at both airports.

Cancellation is free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. After 14 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 50% of the rental price.
The price includes bed linen, towels, large bath towels.
For stays longer than 14 nights, an intermediate cleaning and change of linen can be ordered (additional €90).
250 KW/h of electricity per week is included. Any additional use is calculated at 25 cents per KW/h.
Tourist tax: €1 per person (from 16 years), per day (maximum 7 days).
