Very close to the lakes and the bakery. St. Moritz is 6.5 km away. In the summer, the hiking trails start directly from the house and the kite/wind sur center is only 500 meters away. In winter, the cross-country trails are just a few meters away and the ski lift is only 200 meters away.
Welcome to Chesa Nair, a charming and family-friendly apartment nestled in the picturesque hamlet of Surlej, just at the base of the Corvatsch ski lifts in Silvaplana. This attic apartment spans 80 square meters, offering a cozy retreat with stunning alpine views whether you seek winter thrills or summer adventures in the Engadin region.
The accommodation includes two bedrooms and two bathrooms, ensuring a comfortable stay for up to 6 adults. The master bedroom features a double bed (180x200) with an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom is equipped with a double bed (160x200) and a triple bunk bed for kids (80x160), adding a playful touch to the space. In addition there's also a sofa bed (160x200) in the living room.
Additionally, a designated workspace awaits those who need to attend to remote work, featuring a foldable desk with an external monitor and fast internet connectivity.
The open living room and kitchen provide a welcoming atmosphere for relaxation and socializing. The kitchen is fully equipped for your culinary needs.
Guests can take advantage of a parking spot in a covered garage with limited dimension: Height 200 cm - Width 240 cm - Length 545 cm, as well as ski and bike storage facilities, and a shared laundry room. Access to the apartment on the 3rd floor is via staircase only.
In the winter months, a ski lift for kids and cross-country trails are just steps away from the building. The Corvatsch cable car is only 600 meters away and guests enjoy a ski-to-door access.
During the summer, the adventure continues with hiking and biking trails starting directly from the house, and the kite/windsurf center on Silvaplana lake is only 1 km away.
