Villa Capanna is located among the rolling hills of Chianti, halfway between Florence and Siena.
Forming part of an elegant farmstead, the villa boasts an independent entrance with gate and a private fenced garden with lawn and flowers.
Under the large patio you will find a dining table for 8 people with barbecue and a lounge area, ideal for relaxing while sipping a good glass of wine.
At guests' disposal also a private parking for 4 cars, and a pool shared with the other guests of the farmstead. Nestled in the greenery, the pool (6 x 14 m, depth 1.80 m) is open from 1 May to 30 October, and is equipped with gazebos and sun loungers. Villa Capanna also has a private path to the shared pool.
Internal Description
Villa Capanna is spread over 2 floors, can accommodate up to 8 people, has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Internet Wifi is included. All bedrooms and the living room are equipped with air conditioning. Pets are allowed on request.
Ground floor: A spacious living area welcomes us, characterized by large French windows offering direct access to the garden and brightness to the internal rooms. The living area consists of an elegant living room, furnished with armchairs, sofa, fireplace and tv. Following is a sitting room with sofa, armchair and piano, and a dining area with a wooden table for 8 people and a kitchen.
The kitchen is equipped with: oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine.
A bathroom with shower completes the floor.
First floor: The upper floor is dedicated to the sleeping area, consisting of 3 double bedrooms and 1 smaller twin bedroom (suitable for one adult or two children).
There are also 3 bathrooms with shower (including two ensuites).

heating if used (200.00€ per week); baby bed available (100.00€ per week if the maximum capacity
is exceeded); pool towels (10.00€ per towel); extra cleaning on request (30.00€ per hour);
transfers and tours available on request and to be booked in advance. Tourist tax if required
(the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for
a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).
