Cancellation policy
You must take out your own cancellation insurance.
In the event of a cancellation, the tenant pays €25.00 in administration fees and a fee to the landlord. This amounts to:
- if canceled three months before the start date or earlier: 15% of the gross rental amount;
- if canceled between three and two months before the start date: 50% of the gross rental amount;
- if canceled between two months and one month before the start date: 75% of the gross rental amount;
- if canceled within one month before the start date: 90% of the gross rental amount;
- if canceled on the day of the start date: 100% of the gross rental amount.
In the event of cancellation during the stay, the entire travel sum including all surcharges.
The compensation will be refunded pro-rata, minus the administration costs, if the place is reserved by a third party on the recommendation of the tenant and with the written consent of the landlord for the same period or part of this period.

The holiday apartment Sterflat 195 is just a stone's throw away from the beach and the sea, and only a few minutes' walk from the cozy village center with many shops, restaurants, and terraces. From the northwest side, you have a beautiful sea view from the 7th floor. From the side window, there is an unobstructed view over the northern dune area towards Bergen aan Zee.
In the spacious, comfortable, and brightly furnished apartment, you will immediately feel at home. The view over the North Sea is overwhelming, and almost all year round, you can enjoy beautiful sunsets directly from the chairs and sofa in the living room or from the balcony.
Getting there
Drive towards Amsterdam via A9.
Take exit 10-Castricum and follow the N203/N8 towards Uitgeest. Then continue on the N203. After 6.2 km, turn left onto Zeeweg/N513. After 2.4 km, take the first exit at the roundabout onto Heereweg. At the first traffic light (after 6.5 km), turn left onto Heiloöer Zeeweg. At the next traffic light, go straight and at the following traffic light, turn right towards Boulevard by the Sea.
