This lovingly detailed and high-quality villa with a pool, finished in July 2023, offers a modern yet cozy style. Nestled on a private property of nearly 700 sqm, it overlooks the beautiful, romantic little town of Kurili. With 160 sqm spread over 2 floors, it's ideal for 4 adults and 2 to 3 children.
On the ground floor, the house boasts a spacious and bright living and dining area with a cozy couch and a view of the fireplace. The open and excellently equipped kitchen with a bar is perfect for cooking together and enjoying time with friends and family. Meals can be enjoyed at the rustic dining table or the tasteful terrace table. The terrace is accessed through two large sliding doors and is completely covered, providing natural shade during the hot summer months.
A few steps from the terrace lead down to the pool (4 x 8m), sun loungers with umbrellas, and an outdoor shower. The garden is home to olive and fig trees, oleanders, strawberry trees, and cypresses.
The pool is bordered by herbs, which guests are welcome to use for cooking. A wall around the property ensures privacy. On one side, another holiday villa borders the property; on the other side, the neighbor's chickens live.
Children are allowed to be loud and have fun on the large trampoline by the mulberry tree; for older kids, there's a Nintendo Switch, and for the little ones, a mud kitchen.
Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms, each with its own adjoining bathroom with a walk-in shower. Two rooms are equipped with 180 cm double beds, and the third room with a 140 cm bunk bed (2 x 140 cm), creating a kingdom for the kids. If necessary, emails can be checked in peace at a desk. All rooms have large windows leading to the balconies, which are a lovely retreat for cozy reading or enjoying the sunset.
Of course, all bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and blinds to ensure a restful sleep. The ground floor is also cooled by air conditioning. The entire house has underfloor heating, so there's no need to be cold in the cooler months.

Kurili is superbly located for transport links. With quick access to the motorway, the villa is a perfect starting point for excursions in all directions. Cyclists and hikers can also start their journey directly from the villa. A cycle path from Istriabike passes right by the villa.
