The house is situated in the heart of the tranquil town of Bretteville sur Ay. Within a few minutes' walk, you can reach the large and almost deserted sandy beach, from where, on a clear day, you can see Jersey and Les Ecrehous.

Wir haben gerade zwei tolle Wochen in diesen wunderschönen Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Platzangebot ist sehr großzügig, das Haus sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Ich selber habe bereits einige Häuser in der Manche für Urlaube gebucht , dies ist zweifelsfrei bisher das schönste Haus . Die Lage ist unweit vom Strand, in ca 150 Meter Entfernung ist ein Baguette-Automat vorhanden .
