The well-maintained and nicely furnished holiday home is located about 150m from the dunes in the Bohemian Resort, surrounded by fields of flowers. On the ground floor, there is a spacious, bright living room with large windows featuring a cozy sitting area with a flat-screen TV (with 6 German channels). The open, fully equipped modern kitchen comes with a dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave-oven combo, induction cooktops, filter coffee machine, kettle, and toaster. There's a beautiful large dining area and a small conservatory.
On the ground floor, you will also find the modern bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet.
On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms, each with 2 single box-spring beds (all 90 x 200) and a wardrobe. There is also a separate toilet on this floor. An electric patio awning is available. In the storage room, you can store your bicycles.

Bungalow park "Bohemien Resort" is nestled among flower fields at the foot of the dunes, just about 1 km from the long North Sea sandy beach in Sint Maartenszee. Within walking distance, you can find a supermarket for daily needs as well as the amusement park "De Goudvis" with a large outdoor and indoor play paradise for children.
The houses in the park are individually furnished and equipped, and all have their own parking space right by the house.

Cancellations are possible at any time. In addition to the booking fee, the following cancellation fees apply:
- Up to the 61st day before the start of the trip, 20% of the travel price
- From the 60th to the 35th day before the start of the trip, 50% of the travel price
- From the 34th to the 2nd day before the start of the trip, 90% of the travel price
If cancellation occurs later or if the trip is not commenced, the entire travel price is due.
