This beautiful, approx. 55 m² vacation apartment in a prime location has a total of 4 beds and offers 2 separate accommodation options as well as lovely, guest-friendly furnishings. The living room and bedroom have high-quality wooden parquet flooring and the entire apartment has underfloor heating powered by an air heat pump.
The living room has a cozy sofa and a dining table where 4 people plus a child can sit comfortably. The bathroom has a shower and a bathroom cabinet. The towels are preheated by an additional bathroom radiator.
There is a Smart TV in both living rooms and WiFi is available free of charge. A spacious closet offers enough space even for longer stays.
The kitchen is equipped with everything your heart desires and with seating and a bright and friendly flair, you can also cook and eat excellently here.

In just a few meters you are on Breite Straße - the city's main boulevard with numerous restaurants, cafés and shopping opportunities - it couldn't be more central :)
We offer our guests free parking in a nearby parking garage. You can stop in front of the house for a short time to unload and then drive comfortably by car into the parking garage at Pfarrstraße 43. You will find the keys and a parking card (free of charge for you) in a key safe in the area of the house entrance door. It is important that you always "log out" with the card when leaving the parking garage You must insert the card into the card slot of the exit barrier, even if the barrier should be up. Otherwise, the costs will continue even after you leave the parking garage. We would then have to charge you for this. An illustrated route description with a map section from the parking garage to the vacation apartment is attached to the arrival information. You only have to turn right once from the parking garage and then it's just straight ahead.
