Cancellation term
Payment is 50% upon booking via different payment methods such as Paypal or bank transfer is possible. Free cancellation up to 35 days before arrival. The first rate (50%) amount will be refunded in this case. Cancellation less than 35 days before arrival date will be charged the full amount. The 2nd. rate (50%) will be paid 35 days vor arrival. All passports should be sent at the time even.
House rules: The house is limited for 2 persons. Non-smoking accommodation; pellet oven is not part of the rental and can`t be used. Pets not allowed, no parties or events. Not suitable for infants and children under 12 years old. No safety equipment according to the SAFE Kids standard available.
