The holiday home surrounded by olive trees is ideal for a family with 2 children. You enter the air-conditioned house via the living room with TV, coffee table and sofa bed and the open, fully equipped kitchen. On the left side is a bathroom with toilet and shower. On the right, the master bedroom with double bed and shelves welcomes you, as well as an adjacent small room for children or teenagers with two bunk beds.
This beautiful, completely and lovingly renovated house with air conditioning and complete equipment awaits you for an undisturbed family holiday.
Outside you can benefit from a beautiful salt water pool (10m x 4.5m, depth 1.25m to 2.05m, shared with the owners), secured with alarm and code gate. In front of your house you have your private terrace equipped with a gas barbecue. In the communal garden behind your house, which separates you from the owners' house, you have a table football table, a table tennis table and a boules court at your disposal.
A cot with mattress for babies is available on request. You have a parking space at the entrance of the holiday home. You can do your shopping on foot.

In the Verdon Nature Park, near Lac de Sainte-Croix and the Gorges du Verdon, discover the beautiful village of Aups, a 10-minute walk from the holiday home. There you will find many welcoming shops, good restaurants, a large market every Wednesday and Saturday, a medical centre, tennis courts (by reservation), a boules court under the village plane trees and entertainment throughout the summer season.

In the case of a cancellation, Coquelicot charges an allowance of up to 6 weeks before the occupancy date, which is 30% of the total rental amount and then 100% of the total rental amount. If Coquelicot succeeds in letting the object to be rented in the time initially booked by you after receipt of the cancellation notice, the expense allowance will be reduced to 50% in the latter case. These costs can be covered on request by a travel cancellation insurance.
