On the ground floor you find the entrance hall with a wardrobe, a fitted kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and a small dining area. A Toilet with washbasin is also available.
A 40 m² large living room with fireplace, TV, DVD and CD player, radio and a dining table for up to 6 persons are ready for your use.
On the 1st floor there are the bedroom with a double bed 180 x 200 cm and the bathroom with shower, bath tub and a toilet.
Bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included.

With train or car you go within approx. 40 minutes to Tropical Islands.
The holiday apartment is located in the south of Berlin, on the outskirts near Brandenbrug (approx. 200m away). Therefore you have fields, meadows and paths for walks close by.
The next bus stop is just a 3 minutes walk away, the bus takes 4 minutes to the underground station Rudow, from there on the subway takes about 35 minutes to the center of Berlin.
You can reach the airport Schönefeld with a bus that takes about 15 minutes.
To a baker's shop and a newspaper stand you walk about 2 minutes and the next supermarket (Rewe) is 15 minutes away if you walk or 3 minutes if you take the car.
In the center of Alt-Rudow we have a large number of shopping facilities. Berlin's biggest shopping street, the Gropiuspassages, are only four subway stations away.
