The Beth's House PELER apartment is on the third floor in a residence immersed in ancient olive trees with a garden and pool.
From the French window of the living area you can enjoy a UNIQUE lake view and to savour it even more a lovely terrace will allow you to enjoy your meals in peace.
The apartment can accommodate up to five people, there is a double bedroom, a single bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room with double sofa bed, lake view terrace, swimming pool, parking and WiFi.
The apartment enjoys a nice private terrace where you can eat outdoors and enjoy a beautiful view of the mountain and lake.
The Beth's House PELER apartment consists of a living room with full kitchen, oven and microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge American coffee machine, kettle.
The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, plates, pans, cups, glasses and all the tools needed to cook, as well as coffee sugar, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and various spices.
You can also enjoy a lake view terrace complete with table and chairs ideal for outdoor dining, as well as a sun awning.
You will also be provided with: napkins, washing up liquid to wash the kitchen utensils and also detergent for the dishwasher .
The living area is equipped with a sofa that can be converted into a double sofa bed, table, chairs, flat-screen TVs and with the possibility to see free movies in your language.
The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a comfortable double bed and wardrobe. A single room with a single bed.
The bathroom consists of a shower, sink, toilet, hairdryer, hand soap, toilet paper, first aid kit.
There is also cleaning equipment, a drying rack for clothing, an iron and an ironing board. There is a reserved parking space.
In the residence, you can enjoy a beautiful seasonal pool and a beautiful garden.
The lake is only 200 metres away, easily accessible via a nice pedestrian path immersed in nature.
