We welcome you to our holiday home, furnished in vintage/beach house style with great attention to detail, in a quiet location and only about 10 minutes walk from the sea. Enter the spacious hall. The adjoining sophisticated bathroom offers a floor-level shower, sink with counter, toilet and a large window for natural light and ventilation. One door further and you will be surprised by the open L-shaped kitchen, which is fully equipped and offers (hobby) chefs many creative options, even on holiday. The large dining table is a great place to socialize while enjoying a meal. In the living room around the corner you will find a cozy living landscape consisting of a comfortable corner sofa and a rattan armchair with leg support. With its flame effect, the electric fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere in the evening or on cooler days and effectively contributes to a relaxed sense of well-being.

There are 2 box-spring beds on the top floor, in which you can dream away. Two smaller bedrooms each have two 80 x 200 cm beds and additional smart TVs for Netflix playback. The main bedroom has two 90 x 200 cm beds and a dedicated work table, where you can connect your laptop directly to the existing screen Between the bedrooms there is an extra toilet with sink.

The garden is accessible from the living room through two sets of French doors, the garden offers a lot of privacy due to the fence with a high hedge or fence. There is enough space to both enjoy the sun and find a shady spot. There is a southern sun terrace with 2 sun beds and a large awning and there is a seating area on the east side with a large canopy of clear glass and additional lighting for cozy evenings, you can enjoy barbecue dishes just as well as at the picnic table on the south side. There is parking for 2 cars in front of the house.

If your party is not related, all fellow travelers must be at least 25 years old. Youth groups are not allowed at this property. The house can also be rented/booked for tourist and/or recreational purposes only.
