The spacious living and dining room with a fireplace consists of a couch, two armchairs, and a television, as well as a dining table for 8 people. Free internet access via Wi-Fi is available.
The generous kitchen was completely renovated in 2013 and has a breakfast table. Furthermore, it is fully equipped with an induction stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer combination, dishwasher, and coffee machine. Additionally, a washing machine, ironing board, and iron are available.
The holiday home H8 has three bedrooms, each with a French bed (140 cm wide), and one bedroom with two single beds. All bedrooms also have wardrobes or built-in closets. There are two bathrooms. One has a sink, bidet, and bathtub/shower. The second bathroom was installed in 2012 and is equipped with a sink, a shower, and a toilet. There is a second, separate toilet.
There are two terraces (on the north and south sides of the house) with garden furniture and sun loungers. The garden is ideal for children to play in. The car can be parked on the property in front of the house.
The holiday home H8 is furnished for 8 people. Pets are not allowed.
The kilometer-long, wide fine sandy beach is within walking distance, approximately 5 minutes away. Additionally, the sparkling fishing and yacht harbor with its daily fish market, as well as numerous cafes and restaurants, can be reached within a 10-minute walk.

The beach is approximately 350 m away. The charming fishing port with its daily fish market, numerous restaurants, shopping facilities, and the casino is about 300 m away.

If you, as the renter of the holiday property, withdraw from the contract, the landlord is entitled to compensation, which is standardized as a percentage of the total price, based on the time of the customer's withdrawal, as follows:
- up to the 50th day before the start of occupancy: 30%
- from the 49th to the 30th day before the start of occupancy: 50%
- from the 29th day before the start of occupancy: 90%
These cancellation rates do not apply to pandemic-related cancellations: If your arrival is prohibited by official orders due to border closures, travel or accommodation bans, you can, of course, rebook free of charge or cancel the booking.
