Cancellation policy
If you, as the renter of the holiday property, withdraw from the contract, the landlord is entitled to compensation, which is standardized as a percentage of the total price, based on the time of the customer's withdrawal, as follows:
- up to the 50th day before the start of occupancy: 30%
- from the 49th to the 30th day before the start of occupancy: 50%
- from the 29th day before the start of occupancy: 90%
These cancellation rates do not apply to pandemic-related cancellations: If your arrival is prohibited by official orders due to border closures, travel or accommodation bans, you can, of course, rebook free of charge or cancel the booking.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in Capbreton. Das Haus liegt sehr nahe am Strand und zum nächsten Supermarkt bzw. Wochenmarkt ist es fußläufig. Das Haus ist groß und bietet mit seinen 4 Schlafzimmern viel Platz.
