It has more than 320 m2 of living space, spread over 2 floors and with 5 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 10 people.
A kitchen and a beautiful living room with dining area, 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower are on the ground floor. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower. In the wellness area there is a bathroom with a whirlpool in the bathtub. The private swimming pool is 28 m2. The area surrounding the swimming pool extends to 1000 m2 and is equipped with 10 sun loungers and 3 sun umbrellas.
The beautifully manicured garden offers plenty of space to relax, play, have a barbecue and much more. A BBQ area with a dining table where you can enjoy some unforgettable moments with family or friends. A basketball hoop and a table tennis table complete the offer.
