Wir würden es nicht wieder buchen!

Unser Urlaub war schön und erholsam. Aber wir hatten das Haus ruhiger und gepflegter in Erinnerung.

Leider waren die Nachbarn extrem laut, wofür aber die Vermieterin des Hauses nichts kann. Die Bäume und Sträucher am Zaun gibt es mittlerweile nicht mehr und vom Pool aus schaut man auf eine Baustelle. Es ist leider nicht mehr so idyllisch wie damals und die Privatsphäre ist sehr gestört, da ständig jemand durch den Zaun schaut und es sehr laut war aufgrund der vielen Baustellen. Das war sehr enttäuschend.

Im Pool lagen viele kleine Fliesen, die Farbe blättert ab und einige Steine sind kaputt. Es ist schade, dass man den Winter nicht nutzt um zu renovieren.

Die Betten sind extrem hart, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, es gibt eine Waschmaschine.

Es war ok, aber wir würden es nicht wieder buchen.

As a family with two very young kids, "Casa Vita" offered everything we needed. The house offers all necesseray utilities. The garden and the pool have been a blessing during the summer heat. The kids loved it. Family Budimir is very nice and welcoming. The communication before, during and after the stay was very caring and quick. Thank you :)

In close proximity there isn't much to do, but withing 20-45min all important destinations around Istria can be reached very comfortably.
A few minutes car drive away is a very good restaurant in the nearby village which offers great meals also for takeaway. Definitely a must try.

All in all it was a very relaxing and comfortable experience. Definitely a recommendation for all families who want to enjoy a relaxed and comfortable vacation.
