Layout Villa Marrakech
Villa Marrakech spans two floors and has 3 double bedrooms – two of which are ensuite and all overlooking the views down to Sitges. There is a study with an individual sofa bed and 2 twin beds in the gym area. This allows the villa to comfortably accommodate up to 9-10 people.
Ground Floor
As you enter and go up to the main floor you find the fully equipped Gym with shower room to the right. This is converted into a sleeping area with twin bed should more than 6 people choose to stay here.
The unique living area with smart TV and stereo / dinning / kitchen area is in an open-plan space which is an architectural dream built into the back rock of the plot. There is quite a rustic feel although all mod cons are available. On this floor is the spacious master ensuite with lots of storage space.
Top Floor
There are 3 rooms on the top floor including one double ensuite. There is a further double bedroom and a study with a sofa bed. It easily transforms into a bedroom which shares a bathroom (shower) with the double bedroom on this floor.
Outside
There is a huge terrace to chill out on with sun loungers and sofas with outdoor dinning area and a built-in BBQ. All of it with a beautiful Moroccan decor that gives it a very exotic feeling. All the equipment in the villa is of high spec.
It also has a fully equipped gym that is open for use by the guests. Additionally, a lovely private pool is located to the back of the villa and overlooks the sea and the town.
The private pool has an outdoor shower, toilet and bar area with fridge.

A non-refundable booking deposit of 30% is required to reserve any of our villas.
The remaining 70% of the villa rental will be due for payment 6 weeks in advance of your arrival date.
The damages deposit will be returned within 7 days of departure by bank transfer once everything is deemed to be in order and in line with contract and checkout requirements.
