The holiday apartment is located on the ground floor in a small apartment building in the center of Groet. The apartment Staete 2 is nicely and cozily furnished. The location is fantastic, only about 2000 m from the beautiful Camperduin beach. The nature reserve begins just behind the building. There are beautiful cycling and walking paths through the forest and to the dunes leading to the beach.
Entrance area with separate toilet. Living area with a TV offering several German channels and Netflix. Dining area with 4 chairs, storage room with washing machine and dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped. Dishwasher and oven are available. The main bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe. The children's room is small and has a ventilation system.
A bicycle storage space is available (for general use).
Parking is available behind the building (for small cars) or free of charge on the street.

In de buurt kunt u fietsen huren bij "Masteling Tweewielers" om de regio per fiets te verkennen.
Parking at the beach is available at the large parking lot for €6 per day. A fantastic mountain bike course is also just a few minutes' walk from the apartment. In July/August, there is a weekly open-air market with live music. Around the corner, there is a bicycle rental (including e-bikes), a bakery, supermarket, terraces, and various good restaurants.
