Cancellation policy
In order to confirm the reservation, 30% advance payment is required. The balance is due 35 days before arrival. In case of cancellation until 35 days before arrival, the Agency will refund the full amount paid in advance within 7 working days. Otherwise, the advance payment is not refundable in case of cancellation.
If the guest cancels the reservation 34 days before the day of using the service, the guest is charged 100% of the total price of the reservation, i.e., the Agency has no obligation to refund the paid amount of the accommodation price.
Villa Pi is located in a small village Brečevići within the Municipality of Tinjan in Istria. This small place has a total population of about 200 and is located at 331 meters above sea level. The municipality of Tinjan is one of those that nurture its heritage and respect tradition. The whole municipality is known as the municipality of blacksmiths, where every year in August, a festival of blacksmiths and other blacksmith products from blacksmiths from all over Istria is traditionally held. Tinjan was proclaimed the Municipality of Istrian prosciutto in 2006, and the tradition of producing top-quality prosciutto in the Tinjan region is preserved today by several registered prosciuttos.
