First floor:
On the first floor is the open and light-flooded living and dining area on two levels. There is a cozy sofa area in front of a fireplace and a dining table in front of a large window front. The adjoining kitchen is well equipped and has a serving hatch to the living room. There are two bedrooms, each with two single beds (90 cm x 200 cm), one of which has an en suite bathroom with shower. Next to it is another bathroom with bathtub.
Upper floor:
The upper floor is designed as an open gallery, the bedroom here does not have its own door. It is furnished with a double bed (200 cm x 200 cm) and has direct access to a roof terrace with a beautiful view as far as the sea.
Outdoor area:
The Mallorcan garden has several terraces and a beautiful pool as well as an outdoor shower. On a terrace next to the house there is a brick barbecue and a table tennis table. The finca borders on a small side road, from which car noises can be heard depending on the direction of the wind.
Both the indoor and outdoor areas have many levels and steps, which give the finca a special charm, but are not suitable for people with walking difficulties.
Pool:
9 m x 5 m, depth: 150 cm - 200 cm, step entry, cleaning with chlorine.
Arrival and minimum stay:
Check-in from 4 pm, check-out until 10 am. Luggage can be deposited from 12 noon on the day of arrival. The minimum stay is 7 nights. A surcharge applies for bookings of less than the minimum stay.
Additional costs:
There is no deposit. The 1st baby set (baby crib & high chair) is free of charge, baby: 0-24 months. Additional baby sets can be provided on request (20€/set/night). Cleaning:
Incl. final cleaning, incl. intermediate cleaning, every 7th/8th day for stays of 14 days or more. Cleaning includes floors and bathrooms. Additional cleaning on request (on a negotiated basis, to be paid in cash on site).
Extras:
Fireplace and firewood, coffee machine, hairdryer, washing machine, table tennis. Regular customers receive a 10% discount for new bookings in July or August.
Attention:
At the end of June, the so-called "Verbenas" take place in Son Servera every year. This is a village festival where people party late into the night. Guests staying on the finca should dance along during this time, as the music can also be heard on the finca.

Ende Juni finden in Son Servera jedes Jahr die sogenannten "Verbenas" statt. Es handelt sich um ein Dorffest, bei dem bis spät in die Nacht hinein gefeiert wird. Gäste auf der Finca sollten in dieser Zeit lieber mittanzen, denn die Musik ist auch auf der Finca zu hören.
