The villa is 600 meters from the beach itself, the road is flat and mostly in the shade, which makes the pleasures of the sea accessible at any time (without a car or telescope). Also, one of the connecting paths to the hiking corridors of Učka is located only 50 meters from the villa.
In order to get to Villa Floris, it is necessary to enter the camp Medveja.
