Spacious tastefully decorated living room with flat-screen TV and reading corner, adjacent to a modern kitchen equipped with an oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, Senseo, coffee machine, and toaster. Complimentary Wi-Fi and digital television with German channels are, of course, provided.
Also on the ground floor is a bedroom with a box spring double bed and a newly renovated bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as a separate guest toilet.
Upstairs, there are 2 double rooms with box spring beds (a separate children's bed available) and a room with bunk beds. The newly renovated bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower.

In Breskens, you will find not only numerous restaurants but also two well-stocked supermarkets and various retail stores where you can find everything you need for daily life.

Cancellation or Modification of the Agreement
It may happen that due to unforeseen circumstances, one needs to cancel their vacation. In this case, the tenant must inform us via email. In most cases, there are costs associated with a cancellation or modification. After the cancellation, the tenant will receive a cancellation invoice. The administrative fee for a cancellation/modification is 45 Euros. In addition to these costs, the tenant must bear the following costs:
- For cancellations up to 1 month before arrival: free cancellation.
- Cancellation from 1 month to 1 week before arrival: 75% of the invoice amount.
- Cancellation within 1 week until the day of arrival or later: 100% of the invoice amount.
