Cancellation policy

Article 6: Cancellation 1. In the event of cancellation, the holidaymaker must pay the entrepreneur a compensation. This amounts to: - 15% of the agreed price if the cancellation occurs three months before the start date or earlier; - 50% of the agreed price if the cancellation occurs between three and two months before the start date; - 75% of the agreed price if the cancellation occurs between two months and one month before the start date; - 90% of the agreed price if the cancellation occurs within one month before the start date; - 100% of the agreed price if the cancellation occurs on the start date. 2. The compensation will be refunded on a pro-rata basis minus the administrative costs if the place is reserved by a third party on the recommendation of the holidaymaker and with the written consent of the entrepreneur for the same period or part of this period.

There are some wonderful restaurants, cafes, a large supermarket (Albert Heijn), and a range of shops. De Boet is an ideal starting point for beautiful hiking and cycling tours through forests like Schoorl and Bergen. But also the surrounding dyke or the picturesque villages nearby. The village has its own swimming pool, but the coastal towns of Callantsoog, Bergen, Schoorl, Egmond, or Petten are close by. The Geestmerambacht lake is also a wonderful place for walking and relaxation. If you enjoy golf, the golf courses of Alkmaar, Dirkshorn, and Winkel are within driving distance. The village is located just outside the tourist crowds but is easy to find.
