The house, recently renovated, is located on the first floor of a quiet residential complex with a lift. Fully air-conditioned, it is composed of a bright living-dining room with kitchenette, including a sofa bed, which overlooks the livable terrace equipped with a small barbecue area, and an external sitting area where you can relax in the cool evening air after a long day on the beach.
During the holiday you certainly cannot miss evening outings, along the promenade that runs along the beach, on the Marco Polo Bastions, on the Valencia seafront or a visit to the historic center of Alghero, unique in Sardinia, with a Catalan-Aragonese imprint characterized by picturesque narrow streets, artisan workshops and laboratories of rubrum coral in Alghero, a native marine species due to its color and characteristics which has given the city the name "coral riviera".
Nearby, certainly not to be missed is the aforementioned protected marine area of the Porto Conte - Punta Giglio park where you can visit the Capocaccia stack with a view of the island of Foradada, the Neptune caves and the crystalline sea of the beaches that they line the entire area, such as the Dragunara cove, or the beaches of Bombarde, Lazzaretto, Mugoni and Porto Ferro, absolutely unmissable.

All cancellations and changes must be communicated in writing by the Customer.
Cancellation.
The cancellation made by the Client for confirmed reservations will involve the following penalties, always calculated on the entire amount of the stay:
- 20% of the amount, if the cancellation is communicated up to 91 days before the start date of the stay;
- 50% of the amount, if the cancellation is communicated from 31 to 90 days before the start of the stay;
- 100% of the amount: no refund for cancellations received in the 30 days prior to the start date of stay.
For the purposes of penalties, the entire stay is considered as a single period not divisible into individual weeks, the reference date for the counting of days is always that of the beginning of the stay, whatever the cancelled period; changes of period or accommodation are considered cancellations and therefore will be applied the penalties.
