In Julianadorp, a village near Den Helder, in the north of the province of Noord Holland in the Netherlands, you'll find the beautiful and tranquil holiday park "De Zandloper". The park "De Zandloper" is spaciously laid out in the nostalgic style of the 1950s.
The holiday home Tormentil 33 is very centrally located in the park. It's about a 10-minute walk to the North Sea beach. The bus stop to Den Helder is only 0.5 km away from the holiday home Tormentil 33.
The holiday home was completely renovated and transformed into a modern bungalow with all associated comforts in 2012.
The private property is 500 m² in size and completely fenced in. You can park your car on the property.

The tenant provides a secure lockable shed (8 m²) for, for example, your bicycle.
As mentioned, Julianadorp is located in the north of the province of Noord Holland, where - statistically - the most hours of sunshine in the Netherlands are recorded. The village is about 8 kilometers south of the small city of Den Helder, from where the ferry to the very beautiful Wadden Island Texel departs.
30 kilometers to the south is the historic city of Alkmaar, known for its famous cheese market. In the city, you will also find many interesting shopping streets.
"De Zandloper" offers its guests a modern beach pavilion with a lifeguard in the summer. The beach and the sea have the distinction of being very beautiful and clean.

In the event of timely cancellation, the amount will be refunded after deduction of expenses. We charge the following standardized cancellation fees:
- for a cancellation from the 90th day to the 60th day before the start of the trip: 25% of the rental price
- for a cancellation from the 59th day to the 30th day before the start of the trip: 50% of the rental price
- for a cancellation from the 29th day to the 10th day before the start of the trip: 90% of the rental price
- for a cancellation from the 9th day to the 0th day before the start of the trip and in case of no-show: 100% of the rental price.
