In winter you can access the network of cross-country trails almost directly behind the house. The cable car is within walking distance (600m). For small or big hunger there are nearby restaurants with take away service. Anyone who wants to be pampered can have breakfast after a short morning walk at Johnny's in Café 172. Numerous winter hiking trails in Kaiserwinkl want to be walked and the view promises a pure mountain panorama!

Do you like active holidays? Then you are exactly right with us. You can start both short and more demanding bike tours directly from your accommodation. We have tested many of the hiking tours ourselves and are happy to provide information about them.
If you like it a little more comfortable, you can relax by the lake during the day and end the evening with a glass of wine in the "mountain panorama". You have decided to spend a holiday with us with your children! We have a lot of experience with activities with children and are happy to pass this on to our guests.
