The apartment has an outdoor seating for meals and around the house loads of cozy places to look and linger. There is also a terrace with garden furniture for the guests. The owners live next door in the main building and are always at your disposal with help and advice.

Der malerische Badeort liegt an der tyrrhenischen Küste, 22 km südlich von Livorno, auf einer pinienbestandenen kleinen Halbinsel. Die nach Süden offene Bucht liegt geschützt im Windschatten der Berge, die bis ans Meer reichen. In Castiglioncello findet man neben dem Hauptstrand mehrere Badebuchten mit Sandstränden wie Baia Portovecchio und Baia Caletta. Die Landschaft ist geprägt von den reichen Steineichenbeständen und den breitschirmigen hohen Pinien.
Sie werden vermutlich aus noerdlicher Richtung ueber die Variante Aurelia (SS1) von Livorno her nach Castiglioncello fahren. Nehmen Sie nicht die Abfahrt ‘Castiglioncello’, sondern die darauffolgende nach ‘Rosignano Solvay’. Von dort in Richtung Meer, bis Sie an einer T-Kreuzung links in die Via Lungomonte einbiegen. Via Pel di Lupo ist dann gleich die erste rechts. Sie fahren auf dieser ca. 2 km bis zur Hausnummer 62 auf der rechten Seite.
Achtung! Geben Sie in Italien niemals nur eine Postleitzahl ein! Das funktioniert nicht!

From the receipt of the final booking confirmation up to 61 days prior to departure, 30% of the travel price,
- from the 60th to the 35th day before the start of the journey, 50% of the travel price,
- From 34th to 2nd day before departure 80% of the price.
- In case of late cancellation and no-show, the entire travel price will be charged.
