Cancellation term
Rates are for the occupation of 4 persons,
Damage deposit of 300 euros must be paid 5 days prior to arrival and is refunded if no damage has been done.
40% of the total rent is paid on booking.
60% is paid 8 weeks before the arrival.
Check-in/check-out between 22:00 and 08:00 have a surcharge of 50 euros.
This property includes normal usage of electricity ( up to 60€ weekly ) extra usage is charged at 0.25€/kw upon electricity counter readings.
