The apartment is located directly on the water and features its own dock with a boat and electric motor, available for our guests to use free of charge. Seating has been created at both the front and back, so you can always enjoy your coffee outdoors.
The house is fully furnished and boasts a modern kitchen with built-in appliances such as a dishwasher, microwave, and Nespresso coffee machine. There is also a separate toilet (new) on the ground floor. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms, and the spacious (new) bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. A Smart TV is provided. A washing machine is available, and you'll also find 2 lounge chairs, a grill, and a large parasol at your disposal.

Medemblik has a rich maritime history and was once a significant port city. Today, Medemblik attracts many tourists due to its historical charm, with well-preserved 17th-century buildings such as Radboud Castle and the Town Hall. Water sports enthusiasts can enjoy sailing, windsurfing, and kite surfing on the IJsselmeer, while cycling and hiking lovers can explore the beautiful landscapes along the dikes and polders.
Upon your arrival, you will find your key in the key safe with a numerical code next to the front door. A few days before you arrive, I will send you the code.

The contract becomes valid only after receipt of the required deposit (20%) (once you have booked, we will send you a rental agreement). The remaining amount can be transferred to our account 14 days before the start of the trip.
Cancellation policy: If you are unable to start your trip, please contact us immediately. Up to 14 days before the start of the trip, we will refund you 100% of the costs. Up to 7 days before the start of the trip, we will refund you 50% of the costs. After that, unfortunately, the full rental price is due. Please cancel by 11:59 PM (local time of the holiday home) on the specified deadline to qualify for a refund of the costs.
