Self-caterers will find a very high-quality kitchen integrated into the living area. For shared meals, you can use the large dining kitchen island with 4 comfortable bar stools or, in good weather, the dining table on the approximately 18 sqm terrace. The additional balcony with a wonderful view offers you relaxation - either in the hammock or on two sun loungers.
In the cozy bedroom with a large four-poster bed (1.80m x 2.10m), a spacious chest of drawers, a bench and suitcase racks, you can spend restful nights in incredible peace. A modern bathroom with shower, sink, towel heater and toilet completes the offer. Washing machine and tumble dryer can be used communally for a fee.

Hikers and nature lovers will be delighted by the great hiking opportunities on the kilometer-long natural beach and the cliffs. Notices of withdrawal from an existing rental agreement must always be made in writing (by email or post).
If you withdraw from the rental agreement, we will endeavour to re-let the period. Please note that in all cases we charge a one-off processing fee of €49.00 per cancellation. If it is not possible to re-let the period or part of it, the following compensation payment will be due in addition to the one-off processing fee, depending on the loss of rental income:
up to 61 days before the start of the rental period 0% of the total rental price (minus all non-incurred costs, such as final cleaning, laundry package, overnight tax)
from the 60th to the 31st day before the start of the rental period 50% of the total rental price (minus all non-incurred costs, such as final cleaning, laundry package, overnight tax)
from the 30th to the 7th day before the start of the rental period 80% of the total rental price (minus all non-incurred costs, such as final cleaning, laundry package, overnight tax)
from 6 days before the start of the trip, in the event of a no-show and cancellation after the start of the rental period 100% of the total rental price (minus all non-incurred costs, such as final cleaning, laundry package, overnight tax)
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
Replacement tenant
Up until the start of the rental period, each tenant can be replaced by a third party if he or she informs us of this.
