This very nice holiday home with its own swimming pool is located in a quiet area, not far from the center of Crikvenica. The house consists of a ground floor, the first floor and a very nice outdoor area where you can enjoy on maximum.. On the groundfloor is a living / dining room, a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom. From the kitchen you have access to the front terrace which is partly covered. In the livingroom there is a sofa bed for 2 people. An outside staircase leads to the first floor where are two bedrooms and a bathroom. There are two terraces on disposal, a large garden and a beautiful 200 m² pool area with a 32 m² swimming pool. The covered terrace with barbecue in front of the house is 60 m². A parking lot with 4 spaces is available. The house is located in a quiet and idyllic area and therefore is not suitable for party vacationers. Youth groups are not allowed.
