The bedroom, accessed through the living room, offers a wide single bed of 120 cm and additional access to a terrace with a roof via the patio door. In the guest cottage, you will find additional comfort with a larger room that accommodates up to two people in a double sofa bed. The adjacent bathroom provides extra convenience. Whether you are looking for relaxation in the garden, excursions in the surrounding countryside, or exploring the charm of Ystad, our cottage is the perfect retreat for your vacation. This is a place for those who want to get away from stress and city life, where tranquility is the focus. If you want to go on excursions, this place is very convenient. You have incredibly beautiful beaches along Ystad, Löderups strandbad, and Sandhammaren. You have Ystad, Simrishamn, Tomelilla if you want to shop, eat well, or just stroll around. There is a highly recommended café down here called "Olof Viktors". Also, pay a visit to Gamla bageriet - Örnahusen, Fredrik at Eklaholm, and Glimmingehus. A few miles away, you have Ales stenar, Kåseberga, and much more. For the children, there is much to explore such as Skånes djurpark, Ystad djurpark, Tosselilla Sommarland, and much more. You can even take the ferry from Ystad to Bornholm. Also, take the opportunity to fish in Skåne's wonderful lakes.

Der Kunde kann bis zum Beginn des Ferienhausaufenthaltes jederzeit durch Erklärung gegenüber DC von seinem Vertrag zurücktreten. Tritt der Kunde von dem Vertrag zurück oder tritt er den Aufenthalt nicht an, so kann DC Ersatz für die von DC getroffenen Vorkehrungen für den Ferienhausaufenthalt und für DC’s Aufwendungen verlangen. Bei Berechnungen des Ersatzes sind gewöhnlich ersparte Aufwendungen und die gewöhnlich mögliche anderweitige Verwendung der Leistung zu berücksichtigen. Es bleibt dem Kunden unbenommen, den Nachweis zu führen, dass im Zusammenhang mit dem Rücktritt oder Nichtantritt des Ferienhausaufenthaltes DC kein oder ein wesentlich geringerer Schaden entstanden ist, als die von DC in der Pauschale (siehe unten) ausgewiesenen Kosten. Die pauschalierten Ansprüche auf Rücktrittsgebühren betragen in der Regel bei Rücktritt des Kunden:
Bis zum 60. Tag vor der Anreise 25 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.
Ab dem 59. bis 35. Tag vor der Anreise 50 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.
Ab dem 34. Tag bis zum 1. Tag vor der Anreise 80 % des Preises.
Am Anreisetag oder bei Nichterscheinen 100 % des Preises.
