In our House we have placed great emphasis on sustainable, healthy construction. For example, 100% of the wood in the attic comes from our own forest. Enjoy the unique views here on the sunny side of Mariapfarr as you live true to our motto “Feel*experience*enjoy”!
Benefit from the ideal location of our farm: restful peace and quiet on the one hand, on the other, so central that you are just a few minutes away from the town center with its many shopping opportunities, restaurants, pilgrimage church, as well as Vitalzentrum Samsun with many saunas and outdoor pool, the cross-country center and the Kirchnerhof Icelandic Stables.
Our guests also get to enjoy 3 hours every day at Wellnesscenter Samsun for free, with a variety of saunas as well as an outdoor pool.
From here, you can actually see the Fanningberg, Speiereck and Aineck-Katschberg ski areas, while they are only 15 to 30 minutes drive away. The Obertauern ski area is also barely 30 minutes by car.
